The organisation may have developed a new product or service that has not been tried before in Myanmar, or perhaps anywhere in the world!
This category is also for organisations that have found new ways of doing business in the tourism sector – for example, a new approach to increasing inclusiveness, or reducing demand on scare resources, or attracting more customers.
Note that at a minimum, applicants must have piloted their innovation(s) in order to apply.
The innovation can be a product, a process, a market a new form of engagement etc.
